Meet Ayelet Polonsky
Creator of The Manifestation Mindset, Ayelet Polonsky is a skilled, passionate and gifted guide in the world of manifestation, therapy, and healing. After graduating New York University, her journey into the heart of healing led her to the Amazon jungles of Peru, where she immersed herself in the shamanic traditions of the Shipibo tribe. After deepening her connection with plant medicine and holistic healing in Peru, Ayelet immersed herself in six years of profound training in India under the guidance of Enlightened Masters, as well as attended Kumbh Mela. Her journey then lead her to her ancestral homeland of Israel, where she spent eight years studying and teaching Jewish mysticism, known as Kabbalah, and became known as the number one Jewish manifestation expert. Ayelet now lives on the East Coast with her husband and two children.
With the development of The Manifestation Method, Ayelet synthesizes Kabbalistic wisdom and modern psychology to help individuals transform their dreams into reality, turning "thoughts into things." She is a trained expert in hypnosis, visualization, and meditation, seamlessly integrating NLP, Kabbalah, and shamanic practices into her life-changing work. Ayelet's approach is a harmonious blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, EFT, and Somatic Experiencing, all combined with her signature hypno-visualization techniques. She dives deep into the subconscious and the nervous system, unlocking pathways to inner metamorphosis.
